Candidates with a Master's degree applying for a PhD programme at the University of Makeni.

Required documents
- A clear statement of purpose
- A 4,000-word research proposal (problem statement, short literature review, and research methodology) — assessed for contribution to knowledge, methodology, quality of writing, and suitability by UniMak’s postgraduate research committee
- Complete transcripts for previous degrees
- Postgraduate academic writing samples (journal articles, academic papers, or dissertations)
- Proof of application payment (Le 2,500 — University of Makeni, SkyeBank account 1060461370301011)
